Access the portal and use our filters to locate companies in your sector to meet at the event. Chat with the profiles that are most interesting to you and invite anyone to an in-person meeting.
Select a convenient time for a 15-minute appointment and designate at which table to meet at. Invite the other person by sending your appointment request.
You will receive a notification if your request has been accepted, confirming the appointment.
Download our Web App to receive real-time guidance on your next appointment —suggesting whom to meet, when, and at which table.
Meet your chosen contact directly at the designated table for networking and business discussions. At the end of the appointment, vacate the table to make room for the next meeting’s participants.

Premium Tables
PREMIUM tables distinguish themselves from DYNAMIC tables by offering a two-day rental, providing companies with the flexibility to coordinate all their appointments from the same location.
The package includes 1 or 2 registrations for representatives from the same company along with a table with 4 seats, available for use throughout the two-day event.
PREMIUM table holders can book 30-minute appointments after chatting with other participants. The PREMIUM tables are also equipped with sockets to charge any electronic devices.

BUSINESS tables distinguish themselves from DYNAMIC tables by offering a two-day rental, providing companies with the flexibility to coordinate all their appointments from the same location.
The package includes 3 or 4 registrations for representatives from the same company along with a table with 8 seats available for use throughout the two-day event.
BUSINESS table holders can book 30-minute appointments after chatting with other participants. The BUSINESS tables are also equipped with sockets to charge any electronic devices.
